Make Money Online

Well hello, glad you're here. I would like to share the many ways to make money online as long as you have time and patience. Over time I have come across ways to make money online and want to share this information so you can decide if it's something you would like to pursue or not, but it can be another source of income other than your primary job. I say Time to get everything setup but once its up and running, then its maintaining what you have created. I say Patience because it takes time to promote it and networking to get results. Use your already existing sites such as Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, StumbleUpon, digg, goggle+, YouTube, etc, to build your audience organically from these sites.

There are affiliate programs, even the biggest online stores that will pay you to help sell their products listed below. I would pick one for now and go with it so you don't get overwhelmed by too many and loose your motivation. Once you get comfortable with that one then you can continue with the others. Read the terms and commission policies of each to determine which one you want to pursue and plunge in to it. Once you establish that then you can place their products on your facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, etc. pages. The more friends you have on these social sites the more you can promote your products and make money. Ask your friends to share with their friends too. See the links or ads on this page to the right or above, those are links to implement an online presence as well. Some could be offering websites or search engine optimization rather than products but that's OK because eventually you might want to have your own site so check them out to see if they work for you or not.

Here's a few to get started:

Click the Amazon link to join their program.  Amazon will actually provide a web page for you with your company name to sell products. Whatever name you choose, pretty cool- just like these sites Mugs and More Store or Kraeh Fashions. If you chose Amazon you can use your Facebook and Pinterest pages as your "Website" when setting up your account. You can use your personal page or create a business name. You can use your personal page or create a business name but ONLY if its established with enough unique content and followers, other wise you will need a website or blog page to set your account up.

You can get started with a blog page on Google's Blogger site or WordPress as a platform for a free website unless you want to pay for a one. There are other blogging platforms out there, you just need to search for them. Once you get that going then its time to Socialize.

Here's some links to browse as you search for a platform for blogging. Check out Blogger or WordPress and follow the instructions to create your site. The process is easy and will get you started today. One site to look at on blogger is  Coffee Mug Collectors blogspot they are passionate about traveling and collecting mugs, so look at some of the comments at the end of each post. There is a Amazon box Ad on top right corner and other links to Amazon through out page as a guide for you as you start your own. If you go with Blogger theres a tab on the left side of page that says "Earnings" once you click it, it will instruct you on how to apply for Adsense on your page. Once you get approved then you will be able to place ads on your site to make money as well. As you begin look at the tutorials and FAQ's for setting up your blog.

Here are some more affiliate programs. However, there are plenty more out there.
If you choose Amazon you can use your Facebook and Pinterest pages as your "Website" when creating your account instead of have a business website. You can use your personal page or create a company name. Here's a snapshot of the last page after creating your account. But again you can do this ONLY if its established with enough unique content and followers, other wise you will need a website or blog page to set your account up but the process and outcome will be the same either way you go.

However, once you choose an affiliate program I would start with creating a Facebook page first, which will look something like this one Socialize 2 Monetize and click the button(please) Thank you. Getting your friends to share a post and then those friends continue to share can result in building up your page quickly with fans and then easier to get your products seen. Facebook even has a function where you can schedule posts and they will automatically post at whatever time you choose through out the day. Make sure you post from your wall and then below the post you will see on the bottom left corner the clock icon, click it and follow the instructions.

With Facebook if your really serious about growing your fans and making an online presence you can "Boost" your post with as little as $5.00 to start. You can choose  your audience so that only your friends and their friends can see it or  you can "Target" your audience through out Facebook. Here's a snapshot.

Now I want to show you how to get your products in your Facebook post and Pinterest page. I'm going to show you from my Amazon account as an example. If choose Amazon or any other affiliate site the process is the same. From here lets say you want to promote the Starbucks Mug at the bottom of  page (Left snapshot), just click on the picture and then a new page will open with details on that mug. Just copy the link at the top of browser as shown below and then open your Facebook account in another browser.

With your Facebook page open, just paste the link into your post. It will take a few seconds to process so give it time to appear.

Now erase the link and add a sales pitch you like as shown in the snapshot and then post. Again ask your friends to share and keep on sharing with their friends. As I mentioned earlier you can schedule your post for a later time as well.

To upload pictures and links of your products to your Pinterest account, you will first need to save the image to your computer and then upload to your Pinterest page. For an example, we will use a another mug from the Mugs and More Store  on Coffee Mug Collectors Pinterest page. Click the plus sign on the upper right corner of your Boards page. The click on upload pin. The next page will ask you to add a pin from your and choose your photo

Once you have chosen your photo you can copy and paste the description from your Affiliate account into the Pinterest description box. Choose your category and if you have a twitter page linked then click that button too. And then Pin it.You want to eventually have as many social media accounts as possible and have them linked so that when you make a post on one of them it will automatically post on others.

There are other ways to monetize the internet beside selling products, you can also sell services. There are companies that will teach you how to sell their services such as in the Note business (kind of like mortgage broker) or the Insurance business. If you love helping people and communicating then you might want to look at investing your time in businesses that interacts with individuals. I look at it as educating people and helping them with something they need in their life or didn't know existed to be a blessing.

Follow the links below to check them out and see if one of them interest you. They have a lot of free training and of course charge for other items needed to help you pursue the business but most of the time it takes spending money to make money anyway.

These work from home jobs are good for blogging too and again you can use Google's Blogger which will provide the platform for a website or even WordPress. If your new to blogging look at other blogging sites on Blogger or WordPress to get a feel for how others do it. Google offers the Goggle ads called AdSense for your blog site to make money, as well as other companies for Ad Networking.

Hope this help, and I hope you have much success in your online endeavors! Please feel free to leave comments below.
